Unforgettable Niagara Falls is 7 miles away; tour packages (you WILL get wet!) available here and pick you up at the office several times a day (during season). Martin's Fantasy Island amusement/water park (tickets sold here) is a short train-ride away from your site. Grand Island hosts two State Parks; bike paths. Fish in the Niagara River or two of the five Great Lakes; or try your luck at several nearby casinos. The City of Good Neighbors - Buffalo - is a short drive away and boasts interesting attractions: Albright Knox Art Gallery; Olmsted's Delaware Park; Frank Lloyd Wright's Darwin Martin House; see who's buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery; ride or stroll the bike paths along Niagara River or Great Lakes Seaway Trail. Explore Silo City and the Naval & Military Park on Buffalo's waterfront. Eat chicken wings at the place where it began: the Anchor Bar. Visit Father Baker Museum at Our Lady of Victory Basilica. Sports? Buffalo's got them: lacrosse, football, baseball, and hockey. Back at the KOA, fish at the two catch/release ponds; rent canoes, paddle boats and banana-bikes; enjoy the game room, basketball, playgrounds, pet playground and two pools (one heated with a waterslide). Games and planned activities take place in season.
