Hocking Hills Adventures

We are a family business with a combination of over 130 years experience (most of those belong to Lewis). The company started with an idea in 1976. The Hocking Hills was great, but besides hiking there was not much else to do. With that in mind Lew started the canoe livery with only 12 canoes in 1976. We became the first business to operate soley on Hocking Hills tourism by making the river accessible to anyone. Today the Hocking Hills boasts ziplines, natural trails, adventures treks, atv rentals, mini-golfs but the truth is it all started with a canoe. Our goal is to exceed our guests expectations in providing memorable outdoor experiences that are SAFE, CLEAN and FUN. The outdoors should be accessible to everyone and we take pride in serving customers from all ages and backgrounds. We enjoy helping people reconnect to the outdoors with their family and friends. Our wide range of activities are perfect for the novice or any outdoor enthusiast. Our activities include canoeing, kayaking, rafting, tubing, go-karts, mini-golf, driving range, night tours, riverside camping and cabins. These activities consitently produce smiles, laughter, memories and fun all while keeping your wallet and family happy!
