Welcome to your new home in south Texas! We are a beautiful and fun RV park catering to winter Texans, temporary work assignment professionals and other mobile RV enthusiasts. Make us your destination at the top of the Rio Grande Valley and experience our hospitality, amenities and warm sub-tropical south Texas climate. Located in Falfurrias, Texas, just off Rt 281 and next to the city golf course, we’re close to the Gulf Coast, McAllen, Laredo, The King Ranch, the Rio Grande Valley, old Mexico and more. We are a pet and big-rig friendly park. The majority of our sites are 50 amp pull-through sites.
