Kathleen Watkins Very happy with the service we received. Just before a holiday weekend our RV ABS, back up camera and jacks quit working. A call was placed and he came out the next day and got it up and running. When we got back on the road the system went down again. After calling and talking to him we drove to his service center and he spent 2 hours working to find out what the electrical problem was. He was able to get the part that cost $8. I doubt very much that the problem would have been found if we had taken the RV to any of the big RV service centers. We were not charged for the 2 hours of time it took to find the problem or for the part. We were back on the road with only losing a day of our trip. Would highly recommend him. We have a 42' 5th wheel. Our large livingroom slide out got stuck in the out position. We were checking out of a campground in Ohio to head to Michigan to see family. We initially had a technician come out who was unable to help us. The technician with RV Medic arrived later and knew exactly what to do. Not only did he get the slide out back in, he took the time to show my husband how to repair the slide out motor that was burned out. We spoke with them twice more afterwards for more advice. They helped us that day and beyond! They also gave us a discount because my husband is retired law enforcement. RV Medic ROCKS!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were AMAZING!
