All our RV sites have a concrete parking pad, yard with mature grass, and lawn service. To enhance the beauty, mature trees grow on the site. To keep in contact with family and friends, we provide mail service. And, to keep your RV and site clean, we have community dumpsters on the property. For exercise and enjoyment, register with the office and buy a pass to spend time doing laps in our community pool. The monthly rental rate is $473 per month, which includes water, sewer, trash, and lawn service. Each site also has city utility connections with 30 and 50-amp sites available. Electricity usage is metered and billed at the end of each month with your rent. Indoor pets weighing less than 20 pounds are welcome with management approval and registration.
