Nestled at the base of Willard Peak and framed by the shimmering waters of the Great Salt Lake with fruit orchards all around, the views from this KOA are stunning. This quiet country KOA, founded in 1964, is an oasis for nature-lovers. Visit Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, considered one of the best birding areas in the world. Or stop by Antelope Island State Park and see the buffalo. Explore one of the breathtaking canyons in the area and take advantage of great hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing and golfing. Shoshone and Mantua ATV trail systems are nearby. Golden Spike National Historic Site is also very close. Visit historic downtown Ogden (15 minutes away) or Salt Lake City (45 minutes away) while you are here. This is an amazing area with lots to see and do - or you can just sit back and relax in the refreshing pool and enjoy the view. Pool: May 15 - September 15. Max pull thru: 120 feet. Your hosts: James & Kristan.

Brigham City / Perry South KOA Journey Reviews

New Owners/New Attitude

We camped here many years ago with our kids in a tent trailer. My recollections were that it was okay as a stopover. Same expectations for this trip with a bumper tow but was ?blown away? by the new owners and new attitude! I was greeted at arrival (COVID in full effect) given the rundown on the days activities and sent to my site. New owners have invested in this property and are turning it around! I have an Aunt and Uncle in the area and will most definitely be back! Well done folks I wish you the best!

Great place to camp

This KOA is amazing! The sites are spacious, the grounds are clean and well kept, the park was quiet, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My dogs enjoyed the K9 Kamp dog park and walks around the campground. The summer weekend ice cream socials are an added bonus. I'm coming back here!

not recommended

Just for 1 night ,quiet time not observed loud early in the morning, site was downhill. Just not as good as you expect a koa.
